3rd Prussian are still more than 16” from nearest enemy and can take multiple moves to occupy form and deploy their artillery

Rule 5 covers multiple moves.

1 Polish brigade moves forward to support 4 brigade in skirmish fight against 2 Prussian

Rule 11 covers skirmish combat

2 Prussian brigade is losing the skirmish combat

They move forward 2”, form line and start firefight

A firefight is more decisive than a skirmish
