1st corps are too weak to advance and engage the enemy

Blucher has joined 4th corps as this is the only one strong enough to attack.

3rd corps are on Hold orders as they try to rally and reform

Davout has decided that with only 3 infantry, 1 cavalry and 2 artillery brigades, he is too weak to hold his present position. He is ordering a withdrawal out of Prussian artillery range and hopes to hold this new position until nightfall
